One workspace. Connected workflows.

Move beyond scattered records
and disconnected decisions.

Studio connects the daily work of managing physical operations with the evidence needed to review changes.

01

Know your equipment

Manage sites, equipment and device records. Find assets by name or serial number, filter by site and state, and keep maintenance activity connected to the right equipment.

02

Organise operational work

Create work orders, assign team members, complete checklists and follow clear state transitions. Coordinate maintenance plans, spare parts and field-task records.

03

Evaluate before deciding

Compare cycle-time and energy assumptions with analytical scenario runs. Import numeric datasets and train a linear-regression baseline with a holdout evaluation.

04

Make evidence reviewable

Upload private documents and inspection frames. Keep model and skill reviews, release approval gates and decisions in an organisation-scoped audit history.

How work moves through Studio

Register. Execute. Evaluate. Review.

1

Set up your workspace

Create your sites, register equipment and assign team roles.

2

Do the work

Organise inspections, maintenance and operational tasks with checklists and recorded state changes.

3

Build the evidence

Attach documents, inspect uploaded images, ingest telemetry and record analytical results.

4

Review the change

Use independent reviewers and release gates to record decisions before moving forward.

AI-generated concept of robotic machine-vision inspection
A practical starting point

Start with one site.
Make its work visible.

Register a production line, organise its equipment and create an inspection work order. Attach an inspection image, record the findings and ask a separate reviewer to assess the evidence.

When a change needs evaluation, save the assumptions and analytical result alongside the decision. Your team can see what was considered, who reviewed it and what happens next.

Physical operations. Digital context.

Give physical work
a reviewable digital record.

Studio brings equipment, datasets, analytical results and approval evidence together. Specialist robotics and Physical AI integration projects can build around that operational foundation.

Built around responsibility

The right view.
The right responsibility.

Administrators

Set up the organisation, manage users and assign workspace permissions.

Engineers & operators

Manage equipment, operational records, work orders, datasets and analytical runs.

Reviewers

Assess model evidence, inspection samples and release gates independently of the author.

Observers

Use read-only access to inspect records and follow progress without changing them.

Across physical operations

Apply the workflow
to your industry.

Use the same record, task and evidence framework across facilities. Specialist integrations are scoped to each operational environment.

Manufacturing

Equipment registers, workcell records, inspection evidence and maintenance workflows.

Energy & utilities

Asset records, field tasks, maintenance plans and imported telemetry.

Mining & infrastructure

Site equipment, inspection checklists, contractor evidence and accountable reviews.

Food & logistics

Production and handling assets, quality inspection frames and operational task records.

Before you begin

A clear picture
of what Studio does.

Start with the web workflows. Scope specialist integrations around the equipment and outcomes you need.

What can we use Studio for today?

Organisation and team management, sites and asset records, work orders and checklists, maintenance records, private documents, uploaded inspection images, telemetry ingestion and export, independent reviews and release approval records.

What do simulation and training mean in Studio?

The current simulation service calculates throughput and energy from stated cycle-time assumptions. The training service fits a linear-regression baseline to numeric x/y datasets and reports a holdout evaluation. These do not represent a general physics engine or a trained industrial world model.

Does Studio connect to or control our machines?

Equipment and connector records organise your integration requirements. Live industrial protocol drivers, production inference and edge execution require a separately configured integration. A state update or approved release in the web application does not issue a machine command.

Can different teams work in the same organisation?

Yes. Administrators can add users with administrator, engineer, operator, reviewer or viewer roles. Independent review workflows prevent authors from approving their own records where those controls apply.

How do we start with our own equipment?

Open Studio, set up your organisation and follow the workspace setup checklist. For a site-specific implementation or integration discussion, prepare an enquiry brief through our contact page.
